- Advise client, upon request, on employment offer to successful candidate by leveraging on our local and industry knowledge of compensation and employment benefits
- Advise candidate, upon request, in managing his/ her resignation in the most tactful and professional way
Staying in Touch
- Continuous and constant liaison with client and successful candidate to ensure smooth integration and continued satisfaction of both parties
